Friday between 14.30 and 18.00 in the afternoon, Central European Time. On Saturdays you can phone us between 9.00 and 12.30. Outside of business hours you can leave a message on the answering machine.

Payment

Please note: When ordering, use European sizes only. To make sure that you get the correct size, put your feet on a piece of paper and draw the outlines with a pen. Also write your name
and any instructions on that paper and mail it. With this precaution taken, the shoes should fit.
If not, just return them and let us know where the shoe pinches. Send the shoes in their original packing and make sure the parcel has been sufficiently stamped.

Repair service: As you know, we do not believe in throwaway products. Therefore we repair
Vitallo shoes whenever it makes economic sense.

Forwarding Cost: For mailing we charge Euro 4.50 for each pair of shoes.

Your opinion is important for us, even if you do not buy. Therefore we want to ask you a favour: Just let us know what you like or dislike about our boots. We are listening to your comments.
