The welt, upper, mid and outer sole at every Vitallo model from the Kontorline collection are sewn together by three individual, successive seams. The heel of each Kontorline model is made up of layered leather that is attached to the shoe bottom with two rows of wooden nails. These nails are attached using a time old tradition by hand using a special peening hammer. This traditional method produces an elaborate hand finished shoe that will last.
