The Monoposto R is our uniquely designed racing shoe model specially made for professional motor sports. The first and only racing shoe worldwide that is completely made of skin-friendly leather. Monoposto R has been tested on a variety of criteria in automobile motorsports and meets the strict specifications of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

The sole is an extremely important part of a racing shoe. In our racing shoe Monoposto R we therefore use a special abrasion resistant rubber compound. Its special tread provides the necessary grip, but also allows for controlled sliding within the pedal box for heel-and-toe maneuvers.

Motorsport places extremely high demands on man and material. Different combinations of drivers, cars and driving style require an individual connection between man and machine. Only custom-made equipment can do this. That's why we manufacture our Vitallo racing shoes individually to measure for each pilot.

A common problem among race cars are the high temperatures within the pedal box area. Our custom made Climatocork interior has a high degree of breathability and insulating properties. As a result it is able to modulate and maintain a comfortable climate in your racing shoe - even at high ambient temperatures.

The principle of the hand grinded ball heel is both simple and ingenious. A ball, regardless of its position on the ground, has always the same contact surface. We have taken advantage of this principle by our so-called ball heel. As a result, you will always have optimal ground contact with the heel and your foot is perfectly balanced for maximum responsiveness.
