By doing so you will receive a special step in foam, which is sent to you along with an order form and a leather color chart. After you create your footprint, you simply need to return the step in foam to us. Back at the factory, your imprint will be measured and after about 12 weeks you will receive your new Vitallo shoes. This service works well and is appreciated by our customers worldwide.
